it's the Breasts cancer awareness month and all of us should try to maintain healthy breast by observing the following: 👭👭👭💑
Wear pink or a touch of pink to create awareness. 🎀 🌸🌷💗💋💐
Self Breast examination at least once a month. Preferably 1-3 days after your menstrual flow.
Clinical breast exam by a doctor once a year
Have a mammogram from 40 years and if you haven't had one before
Do a breast ultrasound scan as screening if you are less than 40 years (once a year)
If possible No bra beyond 8 hours daily
Don't sleep with bra
Always wear a clean bra
Avoid tight bra
Don't drink bottled water that have been in the car and gotten heated.🚗🚕🚓
If we can't avoid, we should reduce our intake of canned and processed foods
Reduce your intake of fatty foods especially fried foods
Have enough rest and relaxation.✈⛰🏨💒
Exercise more frequently.....Even if just 30 minutes of walking
Have fun and enjoy life☔🌷🌷🌺💐
Reduce stress as much as we can
Report to the hospital the slightest changes we notice in our breast and other parts of our body for prompt action
Eat more vegetables🍅🌶🍆🥬🥦🌽🥕🥒🌶🥥
Eat fruits🍐🍏🍎🍊🍋🍌🍉🍇🍓🍈🍒🍑🥭🍍🥝🥥🥑
Reduce or Avoid the intake of alcohol🍾🍾🍾
Drink enough water
Finally, walk closely with the Lord 🙏
